Sore Throat

The medical grocer pain refers to the inflammation of pharynx, larynx and tonsilas.

Avoid very hot foods they contribute to irritate the respiratory membranes.
Do not ingest spicy foods and avoid raw foods.
Drink a lot of water and fresh juices.
Gargar yourself before bedtime with a mixture of honey and lemon.
